Terms and Condition

  • All card transactions attract 10% service fee applicable on statement.
  • $5 parking fee applies for domestic airport pickups.
  • $15 parking fee applies for International airport pickups.
  • Pickups between 00:00am and 4:00am minimum rate is $100.
  • 20% surcharge applies between 11:00pm and 5:00am (similar to taxis).
  • $10 fee per baby seat or booster seat (each ) applies.
  • Waiting time past the requested booked time will be charged at $20 per 15 min after first 10 min (Airport pick-ups excluded).
  • Price list applies to transfers in luxury standard 4 seater sedan and luxury people mover 7 seater.
  • Hourly rate for sedan is $75, for people mover $100.
  • Minimum charge is $65.
  • Different prices apply for large special events/days such as AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival(Melbourne Cup), Christmas Day, New Years Eve, etc.(please ask for a quote)
  • An online request does not guarantee a reservation. It is customer’s responsibility to verify that his/her request has been confirmed or denied.
  • Credit Card details must be provided when making a reservation in order to secure the booking. Card will not be charged unless requested by the customer or there is a late cancellation/no show.
  • Payment can be made with the driver on the day.
  • A no contact with customer (No Show) will result in the full cost of the trip to be charged.
  • Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in additional charge.
  • East Link tolls are not included in the price and will be added if used.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling they cause to the interior and or exterior of the car whilst on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any cleaning, detailing, repairs and time off the road in order to restore the car back to its pre hire condition.
  • Downtown Corporate Cars reserves the right to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions and price list at any time without prior notice.
